For any organisation it builds custom AI agents, MCP servers and cloud software to order. Our markets are the USA, Canada, the United Arab Emirates and Europe, and we work in English.

How engagements work

How a Vexio engagement works.

Data pipelines, agents, MCP servers and software all follow the same five stages. Each stage ends with something you can look at.

  1. 01

    Scoping conversation

    We listen to the problem, the systems involved and the constraints. You get a written scope, an approach and a way to judge success before work starts.

  2. 02

    Prototype or design

    A small working version or a design that you can test against your own data, so the main risks surface early and cheaply.

  3. 03

    Build

    Development in short cycles with working software at the end of each, reviewed with you.

  4. 04

    Test and harden

    Automated tests, agreed evaluation cases for anything AI-driven, security review of access and secrets.

  5. 05

    Deploy and hand over

    Release to your environment, with documentation, runbooks and a handover session for the people who will run it.

How we work.

Four working rules that apply to every engagement.

  • A person approves

    Changes to a live ad account wait for someone to approve them. The custom agents we build for others work the same way.

  • Engineering first

    We explain how a thing works, step by step, and we say what we do not know.

  • Your accounts, your data

    Pipelines load into a warehouse in your account, and software is deployed to your cloud by default, so you keep control.

  • Written scope

    Scope, deliverables and ownership are written down before work starts. This website promises none of them.

What we do not claim.

This site names no clients, shows no logos or testimonials, and publishes no ratings, awards, volumes or headcount. It makes no partner, certification or endorsement claims. Platform names are trademarks of their owners and appear as text only. Anything we cannot document stays off the page.
