These terms apply to your use of the Vexio website. The information here describes services and tools; it is not an offer, and an engagement is only agreed in writing. Custom projects are governed by a separate written agreement.
Who operates the site

Information on this site
Pages describe what Vexio does and builds. Vexio delivers advertising work on the listed platforms as a service; what an engagement includes is agreed in writing. Descriptions of AI agents and other tools describe their design, not a guarantee of how they will behave. Nothing on the site is a recommendation about how to spend an advertising budget.
Demo and contact requests
Sending a request creates a reference number and an expectation that we read it; it does not create a contract, and we do not promise a reply time. You confirm that the details you give are accurate and that you are entitled to give them. Please do not include confidential information or special-category personal data in the message. How we handle your details is set out in the privacy policy.
Custom projects
Custom AI agents, MCP servers, software and cloud work are delivered under a written agreement that sets scope, deliverables, fees and ownership of the result. The website does not form part of that agreement and does not promise a price, a duration or an outcome.
Third-party names
Amazon, Walmart, Google, Meta, TikTok, Shopify and other product names are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to identify the platforms Vexio works on. Vexio is not affiliated with, endorsed by or certified by them, and their terms apply when you use their services.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to disrupt the site, probe it for vulnerabilities without our written permission, scrape it in a way that burdens it, or submit forms with false details or automated tools. We may block access that does this.
Intellectual property
The text, design and code of this site belong to Vexio or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission, except for short quotations with attribution and a link to the page.
Disclaimer and liability
The site is provided as is, and we work to keep it accurate but do not warrant that it is complete or error free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of the site or from relying on it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any right you have as a consumer.
Governing law
Any dispute about the use of this website is governed by the law of the jurisdiction in which the operating entity named above is established, unless the mandatory consumer law of your country says otherwise.
