Campaign builder: campaign management software for bulk upload
The Vexio campaign builder is campaign management software for teams that create or change many campaigns at once. Upload a spreadsheet and it reads the columns with AI, checks every row and publishes only what you approve: bulk campaign upload with validation. The campaign builder starts with Google Ads.

How bulk campaign upload works, one visible step at a time.
The pipeline is drawn above as it runs. Each step shows its result before the next begins, so a wrong column is caught at the column step, not after launch.
- 01
Upload the file
Drop in the spreadsheet you already use for campaigns. The campaign builder reads it row by row and shows progress as it goes.
- 02
Read the columns
AI looks at each header and the values under it and proposes which campaign field it is, such as campaign name, budget, bid, keyword or match type. Clear columns are tagged. Unclear ones are flagged for you.
- 03
Sort the rows
Rows are grouped by how well they are understood: rows that map cleanly, rows that pack several values into one cell, and rows that are unclear. Each group is handled on its own path.
- 04
Validate every row
Each row is checked and marked ready, needs input or error, with the reason, before anything is sent to an ad account.
- 05
Review the result
The result appears as a table. Open questions come up as prompts, for example when a column could mean two things, and you answer each one once.
- 06
Approve
You approve the rows you want. Nothing is published before this step.
- 07
Publish and track
Approved campaigns are published, and each one carries a status as it moves from created to review, approved and live.
Every row ends up in one of three states.
Validation does not stop at the first error. You see the whole file sorted, so you can approve what is right and deal with the rest.
-
Ready
Rows that passed every check
These move forward as soon as you approve them. They do not wait for the rows that have problems.
-
Needs input
Rows that need a decision
A value is missing or ambiguous. The campaign builder asks one question, shows the rows it affects and applies your answer to all of them.
-
Error
Rows that cannot be sent
The value is invalid or breaks an ad platform rule. Each row is listed with its reason, so you can fix the file or correct the row.
Campaign builder or Google Ads Editor?
Google Ads Editor is Google's free desktop application for editing an account in bulk. If you manage one account, want to work offline and are comfortable reviewing changes inside the application, Editor is the better tool. The longer comparison is in Google Ads Editor vs bulk upload vs API.
The Vexio campaign builder is for a different job: starting from a campaign file, having AI map its columns, checking every row before anything is sent, answering ambiguous cases once and approving before publishing. If that is your problem, it is a Google Ads Editor alternative for that job.
The same file discipline applies on other platforms. Amazon Ads has bulk operations spreadsheets and Meta Ads has a spreadsheet import. If you need that work done, we deliver it as a service: see Amazon Ads, Meta Ads and all the platforms we work on.
Built for teams that already plan campaigns in spreadsheets.
If you write campaigns in a file before you enter them anywhere, the file is the right place to check them.
-
Large catalogues
A catalogue of products, each with several keywords, bids and variations, turns into thousands of rows. Checking them by eye is where errors slip in.
-
Agencies with many accounts
The same structure repeated across accounts is a file problem, not a clicking problem.
-
Seasonal and promotional launches
Launching or pausing a large set of campaigns on a set date, from one reviewed file.
-
One reviewed file
Every launch starts from a file someone has checked and approved, not from settings re-entered by hand in the ad platform.
What it does not do
- It does not choose budgets, bids or keywords. It moves the campaigns you define into the ad platform, checked.
- It does not publish without your approval. For requests in plain language rather than a file, see the AI advertising agent.
Questions on campaign management software and bulk upload.
It lets an ad team create or change many campaigns from one file instead of one at a time in each ad platform. The Vexio campaign builder reads the file, maps its columns to campaign fields with AI, validates every row, sorts rows into ready, needs input and error, and publishes only after you approve.
Partly. Google Ads Editor is Google's free desktop application for editing an account in bulk, and for most single-account edits it is the better tool. The campaign builder is aimed at a different job: validating a campaign file row by row, answering open questions once and approving before publishing. See Google Ads Editor vs bulk upload vs API.
A Google Ads bulk upload applies the file you give it and reports the problems it finds. The Vexio campaign builder is designed to check the file before anything is sent, sort rows into ready, needs input and error, and ask you about ambiguous columns. You then approve what goes out.
Yes, as a service. Vexio prepares and checks the files for Amazon Ads bulk operations spreadsheets and Meta Ads spreadsheet imports, and loads the campaigns. See Amazon Ads and Meta Ads for what we do on each, or describe the job on the demo form and we will say how we would run it.
Vexio does not sell Amazon PPC software. It delivers end-to-end Amazon Ads work as a service: account structure, campaign build, reporting and optimisation. See the Amazon Ads page. If you need Amazon Ads data in a warehouse, see marketing ETL.
It analyses the column headers and the values beneath them and proposes a campaign field for each column. Clear columns are mapped automatically. Ambiguous columns, or columns that pack several values into one cell, are flagged for you to confirm rather than guessed.
No. After validation you review the result table, answer any open questions and approve, and only approved rows are published. Which actions need approval and how the review screen behaves are shown in the demo, so ask to see them before you decide.
They are listed separately with the reason, so you can fix the file or correct the row in the table. Rows that are ready can move forward while the rest wait, and rows that need input are held until you answer the question they raise.
