AI agents for advertising and operations
Vexio builds AI agents for advertising teams and for operations. The campaign builder and the AI advertising agent are two of them; the tiles below cover the rest, with one line on each. Whatever the agent, we build around one pattern: propose, review, approve, execute, with an audit log. Want one made to order? See AI agent development.

Customer support agent
An embeddable chat agent with human handoff and per-tenant data isolation.
What it is
A chat agent you embed in your own website or app to answer customer questions. It hands over to a person when it should, you set the response-time targets, and each customer's data is kept separate from the others.
How an engagement works
We agree what it may answer, what it must pass to a person and how it is tested, then build and deploy it for your site or app.
Limits
- It does not replace your support team; it hands over to it.
- How well it answers depends on the material you give it, so we test it against real questions from your site.
Sandboxed autonomous agents
Agents that run in an isolated container where credentials never enter and outbound access is allow-listed.
What it is
An autonomous agent that runs inside an isolated container. Credentials never enter the container, and outbound network access is limited to destinations you allow.
How an engagement works
We agree the task, what the agent may reach and what it must never see, build the container and its rules, and test them against cases you provide before anything runs for real.
Limits
- Isolation reduces risk; it does not remove the need for review, so each engagement includes a security review of the agent's own rules.
- An autonomous agent still needs a clear task and an owner who checks what it produces.
Reporting and deck automation
Scheduled reports and approval-gated slide decks built from your own data.
What it is
Scheduled reports, and slide decks assembled from your own data, with a person approving a deck before it is sent.
How an engagement works
We agree what the report must answer and who receives it, connect it to your data (often through an advertising data pipeline), schedule it and put an approval step in front of anything that leaves your organisation.
Limits
- The numbers in a report are only as good as the data behind it, which is why the pipeline matters.
- We build the report and the approval step; the conclusions stay with your team.
Advertising data pipelines (ETL): the data reports are built from
Research agent
Competitor and market research that cites its sources and exports to your formats.
What it is
An agent for competitor and market questions. It gathers material, cites the sources it used and writes up its findings in the formats you work in.
How an engagement works
Tell us the questions you would ask. We will say how we would build it and what it can and cannot be relied on for.
Limits
- A cited source is a pointer to check, not proof that the claim is right.
- Coverage depends on the sources the agent is allowed to read, so we agree those up front.
Workflow automation
Digests, alerts and hand-offs wired between your tools.
What it is
Digests, alerts and hand-offs wired between the tools your team already uses, so information reaches the right person without someone copying it by hand.
How an engagement works
We map the flow with you, build it with approval steps where something changes, and hand it over with documentation and monitoring.
Limits
- Each flow is built for your tools, and the written scope lists which ones.
- A step that changes something in a system has an approval step in front of it.
AI agents for advertising: questions.
They are AI agents that do work around advertising and operations: preparing campaigns, answering support questions, assembling reports, researching competitors and moving information between tools. Each has a defined job, a limited set of tools and a person who approves what it proposes.
It is one tool among several. The campaign builder turns a spreadsheet into validated, approved campaigns, using AI to map columns. The AI advertising agent takes requests in plain language. The other tiles on this page are different jobs, each with its own scope.
The pattern we build around is propose, review, approve, execute, with an audit log. Which actions need approval is decided with you for each engagement, and anything that changes a live ad account or system waits for a person by default. Every request and tool call is recorded in the audit log.
Yes. Custom agents are delivered as engagements: a scoping conversation, a prototype on a sample of your data, a build with agreed test cases, and a handover. See AI agent development, or read how to choose an AI agent development company.
Vexio is an engineering company. We build the systems behind marketing automation: advertising data pipelines, campaign tooling and AI agents. We also deliver hands-on work on Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect, Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads and Shopify as a service. See the platforms we work on.
Describe the job on the demo form: what the agent should do, which tools it would use and who approves the result. We reply by email to arrange a scoping conversation, and you receive a written scope before work starts.
