Ad data.Agents.Automation. Built AI-first.
Vexio is an AI-first advertising automation company.
We build advertising data pipelines (ETL), a campaign builder and AI agents, plus custom AI, MCP servers and cloud software.
As a service, we do end-to-end work on Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect, Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads and Shopify Ads.
- Amazon Ads
- Walmart Connect
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads
- TikTok Ads
- Shopify Ads
On each one we do end-to-end work: account structure and campaign build, data pipelines, automation, AI agents and MCP, and ongoing optimisation. See what we do on each ad platform.
Marketing ETL: your ad data, in your warehouse.
We build the advertising data pipelines that pull reports from Amazon Ads, Google Ads, Meta Ads and other sources, clean and merge them, and load the result into BigQuery or PostgreSQL in your own account. It is a service, not software you subscribe to: each source is built, tested and handed over per engagement.

Your warehouse, your account
Data lands in BigQuery or PostgreSQL in an account you own. Raw files stay in cloud storage as a record of what each source returned.

Safe to re-run
Loads are idempotent, so running one twice never duplicates rows. Failed calls are retried with increasing delays.
What an engagement includes → -
Gaps are flagged
A ledger records every date loaded for every source, so missing or stale days are flagged and sent to Slack or email.

History backfilled
We load the history you need before the daily schedule starts, as far back as each source still returns data.

Bulk campaign upload with every row checked before you approve.
Upload the spreadsheet you already build campaigns in. The campaign builder works out which column is which, checks every row and sorts them into ready, needs your input and error. Nothing is published until you approve it.

AI agents for advertising and operations.
Each agent has one job, a limited set of tools and a person who approves what it proposes. The campaign builder is one of them. See all AI agents →
-
Campaign builder
Spreadsheet to validated, approved campaigns, with every row checked before anything is published.
-
AI advertising agent
Ask in plain language, review the proposed changes, approve what runs.
-
Customer support agent
An embeddable chat agent with human handoff and per-tenant data isolation.
-
Sandboxed autonomous agents
Agents that run in an isolated container where credentials never enter and outbound access is allow-listed.
-
MCP servers
Tool servers that let AI assistants use your systems with a dry-run default, an audit log and scoped identity.
-
Reporting and deck automation
Scheduled reports and approval-gated slide decks built from your own data.
Custom AI agents, MCP servers and software, built to order.
The engineers who build the ad tools also take projects from other companies: AI agents with a defined job, MCP servers that let AI applications use your systems, and the software and cloud setup around them. Every project starts with a scoping call and a written scope.
-
Custom AI agents
An agent with one job, a list of tools it may call, the data it may read and a check before it acts.
AI agent development → -
MCP servers
A Model Context Protocol server that lets AI applications use your API, database or workflow, with permissions and a log of every call.
MCP server development → -
Custom software
Web applications, internal tools, APIs and integrations, written in Node.js, Python and Django.
Custom software development → -
Cloud and DevOps
Hosting and delivery on Cloudflare, AWS or Azure, with deploy pipelines, infrastructure as code and monitoring.

What Is Retail Media Advertising? Formats and Measurement
Retail media is advertising sold by retailers using first-party shopper data, on their own sites, off-site and in store. Formats, networks, closed-loop measurement and why comparing results across retailers is hard.

What is an MCP server? A plain-English explanation
An MCP server lets an AI assistant reach a system it cannot see on its own. See what it exposes, how a tool call flows, how local and remote servers differ, and what the specification says about security.

Questions buyers ask before a demo.
It means building advertising workflows around AI from the start, with a person approving anything that changes an account. Vexio works in two areas. Ad data and automation covers advertising data pipelines (ETL), the campaign builder and an AI advertising agent. Custom AI and software covers AI agents, MCP servers and cloud software built to order.
Marketing ETL means extracting data from advertising sources such as Amazon Ads, Google Ads and Meta Ads, transforming it into clean, consistent tables and loading it into a warehouse you control. Vexio builds these pipelines as a service, scoped per engagement. See advertising data pipelines (ETL).
Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect, Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads and Shopify. On each one we deliver end-to-end work as a service: account structure and campaign build, data pipelines and reporting, automation, agents and MCP, and ongoing optimisation. The platforms page covers each one.
The campaign builder starts from a file: you supply a spreadsheet of campaigns, it checks every row, and you approve before anything is published. The AI advertising agent starts from a request in plain language: it plans the steps, calls tools through MCP and returns changes for your approval. Both sit on the agents page. See the campaign builder and the AI advertising agent.
Yes. An engagement starts with a scoping conversation about the job the agent should do, the tools it may call and the data it may read. Then come a prototype, a build with evaluation and approval steps, and a handover. Details are on the custom AI agent development and MCP server development pages.
Node.js, Python and Django for application code, BigQuery and PostgreSQL as warehouse destinations, the Model Context Protocol (MCP) for connecting AI agents to tools, and Cloudflare, AWS and Azure for hosting, with DevOps practice around them: deploy pipelines, infrastructure as code and monitoring. See custom software and cloud and DevOps.
Both, depending on the work. Advertising data pipelines, custom AI agents, MCP servers, software and cloud work are services: we scope, build and hand over per engagement. The campaign builder and the AI advertising agent are Vexio's own tools for advertising teams. On the ad platforms themselves we also deliver end-to-end service work.
Send a request on the demo page with your name, work email, company and what you want to automate or build. Mention the platforms and data involved if you can. We reply by email to arrange a demo or a scoping call.
